ABOUT NORWEGIAN CAR CARRIERS
Norwegian Car Carriers (NOCC) is a "tonnage provider"; the company owns and manages a fleet of vessels for the transportation of cars and other rolling cargo. The fleet is employed under time charter contracts with car carrier liner operators.
NOCC controls a fleet of modern and flexible car carriers.
NOCC is a privately owned company domiciled in Oslo, Norway. All operational aspects are managed in-house, except technical management including crewing, which is outsourced to third party managers.
NOCC was formed in 2010 through the amalgamation of Eidsiva Rederi ASA and Dyvi Shipping AS. Dyvi had built the worlds first Ro/Ro car carrier in 1964.
